I just ate vegan chocolate cake and vegan chocolate ice cream! C> I think I died. It was pretty delicious.

maybe I'll give you the recipe.....

1 1/2 C W.W. flour
1 C sugar (or less. it was a little too sweet.)
1/8 cup cocoa
1/8 cup dry coffee
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda

4 t lemon juice
1 C ricemilk
1 t vanilla
1/3 C Earth Balance margarine, melted
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (opt)

mix it, dry and wet ingredients seperately, then together.

bake that shit at 350 F for half an hour.
